National Enduro – 7th round Moorestown, Mich.
Factory FMF/KTM riders Russell Bobbitt and Charlie Mullins podium at the seventh round of the AMA National Enduro Series held in Moorestown, MI after battling through six special tests in the hot and humid weather.

Nick Fahringer claimed his first-ever national victory at the Jack Pine Enduro in Moorestown, Michigan, round seven of the Rekluse/AMA National Enduro Series.
Riding a 2012 Husaberg 300cc two-stroke for the first time in Enduro competition, Fahringer edged three-time series champ Russell Bobbitt for the win by a 10-second margin over the tight and demanding 70-mile, six-section course.

Bobbitt and FMF/KTM teammate, Charlie Mullins, who was also riding a two-stroke in Enduro competition for the first time, got off to quick starts, with Mullins winning the opening test while Bobbitt was fastest in the second. However, Fahringer made his move in test three, turning a time that was 29-seconds faster than Bobbitt and 51-seconds faster than Mullins.
FMF/KTM’s Cory Buttrick also switched to a two-stroke for the Jack Pine and came away with a fourth, while eight-time national champ Michael Lafferty made it five two-strokes in the top five by finishing fifth.

X Games 17: Travis Pastrana 720 attempts
I have photo sequences from about 10 years ago when I was at Alpinestars of Travis doing this trick into a foam pit, on a minibike and on a 125. He was coming around ok on the minibike but not quite completing the rotation on the 125. Shows how hard the trick is though if he is still crashing doing it 10 years after first trying it. At X-Games, His first attempt came up short and he crashed but quickly hopped to his feet. Without waiting for his second run, he went straight into another attempt. It was a better looking start to the trick but a much worse result. He did not complete the final rotation and came down hard on his right side, which ESPN reported resulted in a broken foot and ankle.
A look at Travis Pastrana’s 720 attempt and subsequent crash from a personal perspective.
Starting to walk, H@H7 – Salzburg
I filmed and edited this video in a couple of hours to show my family and friends overseas who haven’t seen my son walk yet, and originally uploaded it only on facebook. The response was great though and since I filmed it in Hanger 7 and there are some bikes and cars around in the background I figured I might as well post it here as well.
He is probably the hardest thing I have ever tried to film because he hardly ever stays still and I had to stop filming every few seconds to rescue him from whatever mischief he was currently up to. Kind of shaky filming too as i was holding the camera in a way i couldn’t see the screen, trying to film low down, whilst running after him! haha

RotoR DP19 Dorno
Amazing way of filming. The coolest first person viewpoint yet, I just wonder how far you can push your riding with it on and if it is heavy or not. Was thinking how to film like this for ages, seems they got it down pretty good. Bit like a video game replay.

Massive!

Superb coverage of the event from Pinkbike. This video is nuts. Seriously mad how massive and tech the tricks have got.

AMA Motocross Washougal
Marvin Musquin was back in the 250s at Washougal after 7 weeks off with a compound hand fracture and showed great speed in 1st moto, even if he had an off over the whoops in the in the second.

Red Bull/KTM Factory riders Mike Alessi and Andrew Short both had mixed luck but finished in top 10 again at the 8th round of the AMA Pro Motocross Championship held at Washougal Motocross Park.

Super 990 Elsinore
Finally got around to making another bikenstein. More or less a modified classic Elsinore Honda mixed with some SuperDuke R, EXC, a 990 Engine and various other bits and bobs. Work in progress.
