Was a fan of his last album, and the new one carries on where the last one left off. Some laidback jazz tunes, some lo-fi flying Lotus beats, and all with his smooth baritone on top. Unrelated but noteworthy is the ongoing disinformation campaign in the media. If you are still paying attention to the news, you will hear today how retail sales rose this month. What they hide deep in the reports is that retail numbers for September were adjusted from down 1.5% to DOWN 2.3% from August. So October gets to go “up” 1.4% from a reduced September. Pretty cunning. Painting one picture while the reality is another.

Hardcore Doom fans will already have most of the tunes off his new ‘Unexpected Guests‘ album, but even so, it’s one tight compilation. What is it with Doom? So many artists I listen to a few times and I’m done, but Doom? Sh!t, for some reason I can just never get enough. Still rock ‘operation Doomsday’ 10 years after I bought the CD.
