Happy New Year!!
To anyone reading this, we made it another year! Best of luck to all for the future, and thanks for times past.

Kiska’s 50th bday

More and more snow..

Gerald Kiska (right) turned 50, and since KTM is one of our main clients, Stefan Pierer the owner of KTM gave Gerald a nice old bike.

Jakob put together a short video, featuring Doctor P amongst other things.

Manu is kind of one of my bosses.

I didnt stay too long as I had a lot to do today, but check how much it snowed in the time I was inside!
Off up the mountain tommorow!
This time of year
Ahh, Christmas, I love it and hate it, never as good as it was as a kid since my fam spilt up and it is usually pretty stressfull, but this year was special in many ways as it was good to spend time with some of the family, old and new. I didnt spend much time in front of the computer recently though but there should be some more frequent updates from now on, unless it starts snowing a lot again, which it needs to as it is getting a little hard. Could well be time to bust out the skiis again.
On a side note, thanks to Kenson at www.cntrl.be for giving me some shine on his website, with his Los tres des 2008.

NANO REC/LOBSTER PARTY
My old friend JP is doing big things with his Lobster label in Italy, including throwing some fat parties!
Check out the vid below.
Balance
With so much doom and gloom around, I thought I would cheer things up by posting a few pictures from a stag party I went to last summer which I never got around to posting.

London – Sketch
So I hopped over to London for the night to go to the Scirroco Studios/Intersection magazine talk/Party at Sketch club. The party lasted a lot longer than the talk with free champagne and beer flowing all night. There were some interesting ideas presented at the talk and the club and DJ’s were brilliant, but my overriding thought from the event was how wack people dress. There was a lot of trashy/Glam 80’s style with loads of big hair and tight pants and too many other bizzare cuts and combinations of styles to go into right now, but I guess it was pretty interesting. Pop already eaten itself. And then thrown up.

I didnt buy any new shoes for almost as long as I didnt visit London. Over a year, but I couldnt resist these.

I felt kind of like this the next morning.

Normally Obey shit annoys me, but this was one of the best things I saw on the whole trip. (*Apart from my Fam)
Graz Transportation design show
A friend of mine at work teaches digital rendering at Graz University and he gave the students a KTM design project, so we went down to check that out and the rest of the show.

Gerald Kiska gives his feedback to the students.

the university is right next to a train manufacturers.

This is about all I saw of Graz but the show was really good, and we had a bbq afterwards bottom left of the photo above.
They made a movie which they were going to show to some key players in the Auto industry from Audi and BMW, and they interviewed me for it.
Question: What can the Auto industry learn from the students at Graz?
Answer: On a day when the price of a barrel of oil hit a new historic high of over $143 a barrel, why is it all of the students projects incorporate progressive electric engines into their vehicles whilst the big Car companies are still focusing on internal combustion engines? We don’t have long to transition away from Fossil fuels so if the students are aware of this, why are the big car companies who must be aware of this, not doing more?
Piers’s Birthday!

How could I possibly ever compete with your Birthday invitation so have done most awfully ugly designed card with desired purpose of letting you shine!
