Coldest day of the winter here so far. -7 this morning. Inside of the windshield in me car totally frozen, took 10 mins to defrost. I always like contrast and the balance it brings. Superb vid for that. Plus somehow it gets me stoked to ride more powder. So smooth @ 2.26.

A group of friends mountain biking, dirt jumping, surfing, skating, skiing and snowboarding whilst on a trip to chile, all superbly shot with an amazing Red Camera, some other high end film equipment and nicely edited together and published by guilhemmachenaud.com.

This day at Teahupoo- Aug 27th 2011 during the Billabong Pro waiting period is what many are calling the biggest and gnarliest Teahupoo ever ridden. Chris Bryan was fortunate enough to be there working for Billabong on a day that will go down in the history of big wave surfing. The French Navy labeled this day a double code red prohibiting and threatening to arrest anyone that entered the water.
Kelly Slater described the day by saying “witnessing this was a draining feeling being terrified for other people’s lives all day long, it’s life or death. Letting go of that rope one time can change your life and not many people will ever experience that in their life.”

Journey Into The Great Bear Rainforest.

I flinched about 5 times whilst watching this.

Quiksilver’s Kelly Slater clinched an historic and unprecedented 11th ASP World Title today in the cold and challenging waters of San Francisco’s Ocean Beach. Slater, 39, is the first surfer to achieve 11 ASP World Titles, an accomplishment spanning two decades of an astounding career during which he has dominated competitive surfing as both the youngest and oldest ASP World Champion.

Haven’t used my GoPro nearly as much as I had planned to (does ANYTHING ever go as planned?). Anyway, there is a new version out now in case you have plans to use one.

Ahh, miss the beach now, wanna surf so bad after watching this.
