Rhythm sections

I went riding today with a Finnish friend called Topi from work, trying to nail down some of the jumps and rhythm sections on the local 4cross track. I’m still waiting for my knee pads and flat pedals to arrive, but it was starting to feel pretty good.
Looks fun, or like a death trap…
Last time I rode something like that I doubled the big triple and got spat out the end on to my head. Hope you have got a full face helmet for me when I come out?
